The longer you leave the mini Hydrogen water sticks to generate hydrogen into your water before spraying; the more hydrogen rich the water becomes. Saturation point is around 8 hours. Never let you mini hydrogen water stick become dried out. Good for at least 2 months. Refill Atomizer Spray as often as needed for 2 months and never let the stick dry out.
